Why Attend This Session
Change management doesn't need to be complicated to be effective.

This highly practical workshop introduces Gina Clayton's three-step Change Management Model – Assess, Plan and Implement – developed from extensive experience leading and supporting organisational change.

Change management is not a substitute for project management. It works alongside project management to address the people side of organisational change; ensuring employees understand, engage with and adopt new ways of working.

Rather than simply learning theory, participants work through one realistic organisational change scenario, progressively applying the model through practical exercises and facilitated discussions.

You'll leave with a clear framework, practical strategies and the tools to confidently plan and lead change within your organisation.
Your Facilitator

Gina Clayton
Change management can seem like an enigma. Everyone talks about its importance, yet many established models are complex and better suited to large-scale organisational transformations.

Drawing on over 25 years of senior HR leadership experience, training and exposure to Lewin, Kotter, ACT and PRINCE2 methodologies, Gina recognised the need for a simpler approach.

Having trained three tiers of management across Australia and New Zealand in change management during her career with DHL, and supported operational change projects as a designated Change Manager, Gina developed her own practical three-step Change Management Model.

Her philosophy is simple: change management doesn't need to be complicated to be effective.
