Practical leadership skills to address incivility, bullying, sexual harassment and workplace risk early and effectively. 

Inappropriate workplace behaviour issues rarely start as formal complaints.  They start small; incivility, tension, avoidance and poor conversations.  And in those moments, leaders either reduce risk, or reinforce it.

This practical, 3.5 hour leadership course is designed to give leaders the confidence, clarity and tools to step in early, address behaviour appropriately, and create respectful, high-performing workplaces.

This is leadership capability building.

Who This Session Is For

This course is specifically designed for leaders, including CEO’s, Managers and Supervisors and HR professionals supporting leaders.  This course is not suited for general employee training.
